Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consulting services purchased from Verdanthe Advisory.

Discovery calls

Initial discovery calls are provided at no cost and carry no obligation.

Fixed-scope engagements

For fixed-scope packages such as the Clarity Sprint, you may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund of any prepaid fee. Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for work not yet delivered.

Ongoing programmes

Monthly programmes may be cancelled with written notice as set out in your engagement agreement. Fees for the current billing period covering work already performed are non-refundable.
